ARE YOU GOOD WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?

 

I have three young children of my own, so as a mom AND a family photographer I KNOW how stressful family pictures can be with children! But you don't have to worry! I am excellent getting kids to listen, making them laugh, and keeping sessions fun. I make sure to take the most important and posed pictures first, then we are able to relax and get some fun candids for the rest of the session. I will do head swaps if I need to, and most of the time you won't be charged for these services. I do them on my own because I want to make sure you are happy with your pictures! I also want you to know that even if you have the perfect posed picture in mind, even a crying picture can be cute. My main goal is to help you make memories of this time in your life. Having kids who might not be too excited about pictures IS this time of your life! Also, I ALWAYS get better pictures of the kids than you think I do :) When clients get their pictures back, the most common comment I get is that they can't believe their kids look so good in the pictures because they thought their child was being so awful that they weren't going to have a single usable picture. So try not to stress too much! I have years of experience being a Utah family photographer and working with children, and I will work up a sweat and make a fool of myself if it means I can help you capture cute memories of your kids!
